Maryland raised saxophonist, vocalist, Braxton Cook is a status-quo
challenging artist who first broke out
on the scene with his 2017 release of his solo debut album
Somewhere in Between. Heavily influenced by John Coltrane, Kenny Garrett and Frank Ocean,
Braxton mixes the improvisatory elements of jazz, the soulful melodies of R&B and deeply
emotional songwriting into a fresh sound all his own.
